Instagram Notes is a simple feature on the Instagram social media, which makes it easy for you to share a simple note or your daily status - just like when using Yahoo! Messenger, or AIM once upon a time.
Previously, Instagram Notes had added text support, and most recently they added the ability to publish a two-second looping video on Instagram Notes. With this step, it simultaneously allows users to add "status" in the form of a video, while making it even more interactive.
This new feature is gradually being introduced to all Instagram users worldwide. Since it is limited to 2-second videos only, it may not replace or be an alternative to the existing Instagram Stories.
