The emergence of electric vehicles in Malaysia seems to be very lively this year with various models having been launched so far. Today another model of electric vehicle will be offered for local users which is Mercedes-Benz EQE 500 high performance SUV loaded with premium features.
In terms of performance, it has a dual motor with a power of 402hp and a torque of 858 nm which allows this Mercedes-Benz EQE SUV to accelerate from 0-100km/h in 4.9 seconds with a maximum speed of 210 km/h. It also has a battery with a capacity of 90.56 kWh which allows a travel distance of around 550km WLTP to be achieved. Full charging time 0-100% for 4 hours 45 minutes using a 22kW AC charger or 0-80% as fast as 32 minutes if using a 170kW DC charger.
Among the premium features on this SUV include the AIRMATIC air suspension system for passenger comfort, a luggage capacity of 520 liters which can be increased up to 1,675 liters when the passenger seat is folded, a sophisticated driver's cockpit display, Dolby Atmos speakers and support for Hey Mercedes voice commands.
This Mercedes-Benz EQE 500 4Matic SUV is sold at a price of RM 485,888 excluding sales tax and insurance. If the buyer chooses the Step Up Agility+ payment plan, the buyer will receive a RM 900 recharge credit from JomCharge. This model is the last model launched by Mercedes-Benz for this year.
