A few days ago, Beeper Mini was launched, offering the ability to people using Android devices, to send messages via iMessage. However, now a few days later, the service seems to have stopped working.
At launch, Beeper stated they were using a dedicated API that connects messaging signals to Apple's servers. It's possible that Apple didn't like it, and may now have blocked access.
For information, iMessage is only very popular in the United States, and does not have a big impact on foreign users who are more comfortable using WhatsApp.
Previously, Nothing has been present with Nothing Chats in offering an access service to iMessage - but the application comes with various security and privacy problems.
