nubia Z60 Ultra is another flagship device with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. It was launched in China a few weeks ago and now it is confirmed to enter the local market on December 25. Interestingly, the Z60 Ultra will be the cheapest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 device so far as the selling price starts from RM2,899.
This device uses a 6.8-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 1.5K, supports a refresh rate of 120Hz and brightness reaches 1500 nits. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip on this device is matched with up to 16GB of RAM and internal storage of up to 512GB. For the camera, the Z60 Ultra uses a configuration with NeoVision technology 50MP wide-angle + 50MP ultra-wide-angle + 64MP telephoto periscope 3x optical zoom and 12MP for the selfie camera under the screen.
The device's battery is 6000mAh with silicon-carbon technology with 80W fast charging. The Z60 Ultra also supports WiFi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and has IP68 protection. Quite interesting to see nubia offering their most powerful flagship device in Malaysia.
There are two colors offered namely silver and black. The variants that can be purchased are 12/256 GB at a price of RM3,499 and 16/512 GB at a price of RM4,299. In conjunction with the launch from December 25 to January 24, the nubia Z60 Ultra can be purchased at a price of RM2,899 and RM3,499.
It should be noted that this nubia Z60 Ultra is a global version import set and not an official Malaysian set because this device is not registered in SIRIM. The representative of ZTE Malaysia also told us that this device is not from them and is not distributed by a third party, not an authorized distributor.
