After 9 months of launch, realme Malaysia has finally brought in the realme GT3 240W to the local market. This smartphone is the first in the world that can be purchased by the public with the ability to charge the device from 0% to 100% in less than 10 minutes. It is also the first realme device with a transparent design as well as with RGB support.
realme GT3 240W uses a 6.74″ AMOLED 1.5K (2772 x 1240) screen, supports a 144Hz refresh rate, is powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip paired with 16GB RAM LPDDR5X memory + 12GB virtual RAM and also 1TB UFS 3.1 internal storage. The camera configuration of this device is 50MP wide angle + 8MP ultra wide angle + 2MP micro with a 16MP selfie camera. The device's battery is 4600mAh with 240W fast charging, where the provided charger is a GaN type + 12A USB-C to USB-C cable.
The device also comes with an almost completely flat camera bump. Next to it there is a window showing the location of the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip surrounded by an RGB Pulse Interface Design system that can change color such as camera timer, notification, gaming mode or even for charging. The device runs the realme UI 4.0 operating system based on Android 13 which uses the same development code as ColorOS and OxygenOS.
In Malaysia, realme offers two color options, Racing Purple and Pulse White. The selling price is RM2,799 and is limited to one variant only which is 16GB RAM + 1TB. This device can already be pre-ordered since last December 12 and will end tomorrow, December 21. Those who order with a deposit of RM30 will take home a Realme TechLife Air Purifier Pro, while those who pay a deposit of RM50 will take home a special gift box, Realme Buds T100 Earbuds and realme TechLife Air Purifier Pro.
