After launching in China last November, RedMagic 9 Pro officially entered the global market starting with Europe. No internal specification changes were made, in fact the whole thing was the same as before.
The body is still completely flat with no curved front screen or rear camera bump. The aluminum frame used is also completely flat from all angles and not just on the sides. With this, the user experience becomes better, especially when playing for the first time.
Turning to the specifications, a 6.8-inch OLED screen with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate is used. In addition the screen also has 10-bit color depth support, 1600 nits peak brightness and 100% sRGB color gamut.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip supports up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. In addition, a 50MP main camera + 50MP ultra-wide, a 16MP selfie camera and a 65000mAh battery with 80W charging complete this device.
Other specifications also include a 3.5mm audio jack, speakers with DTS:X Ultra, three built-in microphones, bluetooth 5.4 and NFC. The selling price of the device starts at €649 (~RM3,319) with no further details on its availability in Malaysia known so far.
