Acer is updating its line of Predator gaming monitors with four new models. These include the Predator Z57, Predator X34 V3, Predator X39 and Predator X34 X which are made specifically for premium gaming content.
Acer Predator Z57 is a 57" curved gaming monitor with DUHD resolution (7680×2160 pixels) and 120Hz refresh rate. The experience is improved with a 32:9 aspect ratio along with the VESA DisplayHDR 1000 feature that can display brighter color performance. It also supports a wide 98% DCI-P3 color gamut for a more realistic visual display.
Meanwhile, the Predator X34 V3 uses a 34-inch curved screen that supports QHD resolution (3440×1440), a 180Hz refresh rate and a 21:9 aspect ratio. Just like the Predator Z57 model, the VESA DisplayHDR 1000 function and DCI-P3 94% color gamut are also supported by this monitor.
Both also feature MiniLED panels that not only provide superior image quality. Even able to allow users to enjoy a brighter display with a really dark black color. Followed by speakers up to 10W, two HDMI 2.1 ports that support the latest consoles (PlayStation 5 & XBOX X) and a DisplayPort 1.4 port for faster connections.
For the Acer Predator X39 and Predator X34 X, each is equipped with a UWQHD (3440×1440) curved screen with a 240Hz refresh rate and a 0.1ms response time. In addition, the VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 function and DCI-P3 color gamut 99% are also supported by this monitor. At the same time, it also passes the Eyesafe 2.0 certification, which is useful for long-term use.
It should be noted that this new Acer monitor supports AMD FreeSync Premium Pro for a smoother gaming experience with low latency. In addition to having a USB Type-C 90W PD port and with a built-in KVM switch that allows users to switch computer inputs as needed.
All products will be marketed starting Q2 2024 with sales prices varying by region.
