Apple has now started testing for the iOS 17.4 version, as well as showing some of the features that will come with it. One of the features is focusing on their podcast application, which is Apple Podcasts.
Through future updates, Apple Podcasts will include a feature to automatically generate transcripts – making it easier for users to read transcripts while listening to podcasts on the app.
For starters, it only supports English, French, German, and even Spanish. Apple says a transcript will be automatically generated once a podcast is submitted to Apple Podcasts. For podcast publishers, you can also download the transcript from Apple Podcasts Connect, and then make any changes if needed.
