Apple Will Pay 10% Royalties To Artists Who Use Dolby And Spatial

 


Last year, we reported that Apple wanted to give additional royalties to their artists on Apple Music who use the Dolby Atmos and Spatial Audio formats. 9to5Google reports that Apple will pay 10% to artists who use the Dolby Atmos and Spatial Audio formats. Interestingly, Apple Music users do not even need to listen to these two formats.
