FLEXIOne offers coverage for medical, life and critical illness. These plans allow customers to mix and match the coverage they want. Tracy, a human-like virtual assistant, will also help customers choose the best plan. A Plan Recommender feature is also provided, where it uses artificial intelligence to recommend plans to users. In my test, the cheapest plan is RM5 per month, the AI plan recommends RM40 per month and the most expensive plan is RM93 per month.
Tune Protect Life promises about 3 minutes for the final quote to be given to the user after filling out all the forms and answering the questions. Customers can also change plans at any time and can enjoy different coverage every month. If you are a Yoodo user, the FLEXIOne plan selection is more or less the same except that it has no app and relies on the web.
In conjunction with the introduction of FLEXIOne, Tune Protect Life is offering a free two-month subscription for a plan priced at RM300.
