Google Assistant with Bard is Google's digital assistant with Bard's generative AI integration. The system is powered by the Gemini language model and can be used in conjunction with Classic Assistant.
Most recently, Google appears to be changing the name of Assistant with Bard to Gemini. In the Google app, 9to5Google has found evidence that Gemini is also visible in the system settings of Android devices. After this feature is launched later, users can press the switch to switch between Assistant or Gemini and can also make Gemini the main digital assistant on Android devices.
The final name for Google's second digital assistant has yet to be decided. But with the Google 15.4 in-app code using the Gemini name, it will likely be the final name. Let's wait together.
