Honor Magic V2 RSR Announced With Porsche Design

The Honor Magic V2 RSR was launched in China today through a collaboration with Porsche Design. The world's thinnest foldable device is given a new design on the body and camera bump that takes inspiration from the Porsche 911 car.

The device is equipped with a 6.43″ OLED 120Hz LTPO external screen and a 7.92″ OLED 120Hz LTPO internal screen. Unlike the regular Magic V2, the outer screen is 10 times tougher using new glass technology. The Magic V2 RSR retains stylus support on the outer and inner screens. It is equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, 16GB LPDDR5X RAM memory, 1TB storage and a 5000 mAh battery that supports 66W wireless charging.

The main camera consists of a 50MP wide-angle lens with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 20MP telephoto lens also with OIS. Meanwhile, the outside and inside selfie cameras each use 16MP sensors. With the in-camera system, it is able to provide a digital zoom system up to 40X.

A stereo speaker system is provided with it supporting DTS: X Ultra. A fingerprint scanner is also included on the side of the device. Not missing is an infrared transmitter to make it a remote control. The selling price of Honor Magic RSR in China is RMB 15,999 (~RM10,455) each
