The public is advised to be wary of fraudulent messages regarding confirmation of receipt of packages using the Ninjavan name. Citing a statement shared, victims received messages from individuals claiming to be Ninjavan representatives before being asked to download a suspicious APK file to verify their packages.
The scam is found to be spread with the intention of deceiving the public hence should be ignored immediately and verify the information with a legitimate source. Any report can also be made by contacting Ninjavan's official customer service channel via support_my@ninjavan.co or NinjaChat's official chatbox.
