Perodua, which is famous for offering vehicles at affordable and competitive prices, is now scheduled to introduce their own affordable electric car in Malaysia at the end of 2025. This was shared by the Minister of Investment, Trade and Industry, Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul.
Perodua is said to have collaborated with international automotive companies in producing prototypes – and mass production is scheduled for late 2025.
For now, the model and selling price are still unknown. In addition to Perodua, Proton is also expected to market their own electric car in approximately the same time period.
