New monitors are starting to appear on the market that support different refresh rates at different resolutions as well. To make it easier for people to choose a computer monitor that meets their personal needs, VESA introduced a new standard and logo for this dual-mode monitor.
Through the new logo, the two refresh rates and resolutions they support will be displayed side by side along with the VESA Certified AdaptiveSync Dual Mode branding. The refresh rate is displayed at the top while the resolution is at the bottom. The first monitor to receive this new standard is the LG Ultra Gear 32GS95UE OLED which was launched a few weeks ago. With this logo, users no longer have to look for screen specifications that are difficult to see on monitors and even boxes.
