In providing more options for basic facilities to empower the Community feature, WhatsApp is seen to be developing a new feature called Pinned Events. In other words, it can make it easy for community members to access various important events by simply opening a chat window.
In our observation, the concept looks similar to the previously announced pin support for messages. Whether it's a scheduled event or a simple reminder, it will be automatically pinned to the top of the window to make the information easily accessible to all.
For now it is still under development, and will be available in future updates without sharing a specific timeframe.
