The Minister of Communications, Fahmi Fadzil has now shared that the 5G usage rate in Malaysia has now reached 29.9%, at the same time showing around 10.07 million subscribers using 5G services.
This at the same time shows a very high increase after the minister announced that there will be no additional charges for the use of 5G services.
Previously, many had to subscribe to a pass separately to access the 5G network – making it not available to everyone. With the disposal of the matter, now more people are starting to access 5G services through their respective devices.
