Adam Neumann is the founder of co-working space rental company, WeWork – and has developed it into a huge culture, valuing WeWork at billions of ringgit. However, various internal problems regarding how the company was managed – including the transparency process, led to Adam Neumann being ousted from the company in 2019.
After that, its investors tried to save the company, but failed, until WeWork filed for bankruptcy notice in America last year.
Anyway, now an interesting new company founded by Adam Neumann, Flow Global is offering to take over WeWork. It is said that Flow has offered to buy WeWork's assets, in addition to providing financial assistance for the company.
According to reports, Adam Neumann once offered an investment of up to $1 billion in 2022, but it was rejected by WeWork at that time. It is not yet known whether WeWork will accept Adam Neumann's latest offer, or remain in denial.
Previously, when WeWork filed for bankruptcy, Adam Neumann once stated that with the right strategy, the company can flourish again as before. Will we see WeWork under Adam Neumann return to the way it was before?
