Apple Also Launches New iCloud App For Windows

Yesterday, Apple launched three new applications for Windows 10 and Windows 11 users, namely Apple Devices, Apple TV and Apple Music. At the same time, Apple has also introduced a new iCloud application. These four apps are Apple's new strategy to isolate features and functions on iTunes.

This new iCloud application focuses more on the home page interface only. It displays shared albums, files stored on iCloud Drive, access Passwords and Keychain, bookmarks, contacts and calendars, manage storage quotas as well as shortcuts to iCloud.com, Apple Mail and links to the Microsoft Store for their three other apps.

This iCloud application can also display the status of user data that is being synchronized to cloud storage. The app is free and available for download on the Microsoft Store. If you're wondering what happened to iTunes for Windows, it's now a podcast and audiobook platform.
