Gentari is one of the EV charging providers and has many chargers all over Malaysia, but you need to use other apps like ChargEV or Setel or JomCharge to charge. Today they have launched the Gentari Go application which is a 'SuperApp', includes various functions and is not limited to charging only.
Using Gentari Go, you can directly activate the Gentari charger and this application will provide more information about your charging, such as live power consumption and a graph of power consumption (charging curve), and many more will be added from time to time.
The app also supports ChargEV and JomCharge charging roaming. You can even use chargers in Thailand and Singapore through charger providers such as CDG Engie, EVolt, City Energy Go.
More than just the charger, you can also collect reward points when using the charger or redeeming promotional codes. Gentari also stated that their application will also accept set/mesra points but it will be done in stages. Gentari also works with Gocar, allowing you to rent an electric vehicle.
With the existence of the Gentari Go application, they will place their wishes as a super application that combines all functions in supporting sustainable energy. The application is available for iOS and Android and will also be available in other countries in Southeast Asia including India in stages.
