Grab is now sharing that, as the next phase of development, they will invest in a number of things, including investment in initiatives powered by artificial intelligence (AI). For now, what will be done specifically is still not shared.
Grab said it will focus on increasing productivity first, while also increasing the efficiency of the company. Among those seen for the initial stage include marketing, customer service, and even menu translation in the application.
This step is seen to reduce the rate of operating costs, in addition to speeding up the process through the use of artificial intelligence. In fact, this can be said to be the initial stage of Grab's investment in the arena.
Through the WSJ report, Grab has still not shared the amount of their investment in the artificial intelligence arena, including what the long-term plans are.
