Huawei introduced the new MatePad 11.5″ PaperMatte Edition tablet in Malaysia. It is offered at RM1,999 each and can be pre-ordered from 23 – 29 February 2024. Every purchase comes with an attractive gift of up to RM1,147 which includes Huawei MatePad Smart Keyboard, Huawei M-Pencil 2nd Generation and Huawei Bluetooth Mouse.
Huawei MatePad 11.5″ PaperMatte Edition is developed for those looking for a tablet for productivity and entertainment use. An interesting thing here is that the tablet screen passed the SGS Low Visual Fatigue Premium Performance Certification and the TÜV Rheinland Reflection-Free Certification which is able to protect the eyes from blue light rays. In addition, it is also claimed to be able to reduce up to 97% of light reflection to reduce glare.
The mainstay is powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chip, 8GB RAM memory and 256GB internal storage. Followed by a 7,700mAh battery that can be recharged via a USB-C port. The tablet also supports Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, in addition to having a 13MP main camera and an 8MP selfie camera. Only one color is available in Malaysia which is Space Gray.
