Meta has now confirmed they are testing which will allow users to share the same on Facebook to Threads. With this step, it allows users to do the same sharing to a higher number of users than just sharing on Facebook alone.
For this purpose, a special button is provided on Facebook that allows users to also publish the same shares on Threads. This is also indirectly expected to increase the rate of sharing on Threads compared to today.
Threads were previously introduced to make it easier for users to share simple texts - as an alternative to Twitter. Since its introduction, many users have fallen in love with Threads, and some actively use it every day – reaching hundreds of millions of users.
For now, the sharing feature from Facebook to Threads is being tested among a small number of users. If everything goes well, it is not impossible that we will see this feature introduced more widely to everyone.
