Mistral today announced a collaboration with Microsoft, where Microsoft invests in language model developers and the development of artificial intelligence. In parallel, Mistral also announced the introduction of their own artificial intelligence-based virtual assistant, named Le Chat.
Le Chat brings an assistant interface in the form of a conversational dialog, more or less the same as ChatGPT.
Le Chat was introduced in beta form, and also supports conversations using the Malay language. It is offered for free, and users can try three different models that power it, including Mistral Small, Mistral Large, and even Mistral Next.
Although offered for free today, Mistral aims to offer a paid version of Le Chat soon, targeting enterprise users.
For those of you who are interested, you can try Le Chat today for free.
