The MSI Titan laptop series typically sees MSI build a laptop loaded with the most powerful specifications of the year that can usually only be matched by desktop-class gaming computers that are also at the same level.
For this year, MSI has introduced the MSI Titan 18 HX, which is a giant gaming laptop loaded with the latest and most powerful CPU and GPU components from Intel and NVIDIA.
Starting with the screen display, the MSI Titan 18 HX comes with an 18-inch Mini LED screen display with a UHD+ resolution (3840×2400) with a 120Hz refresh rate that also comes with the ability to accurately process colors on the display.
The MSI Titan 18 HX is powered by an Intel Core i9-14900HX processor chip and comes with four 32GB LPDDR5 memories that give it 128GB of memory and 4TB of SSD storage. MSI Malaysia says that this MSI Titan 18 HX also comes with three storage expansion slots, and users can add SSD storage themselves if they want.
In terms of graphics card options, the MSI Titan 18 HX comes with two options, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 and the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080. Both are very powerful graphics cards, and are capable of running a variety of modern games at resolutions, settings and high refresh rate.
As the most powerful gaming laptop released by MSI, this laptop comes with support for various types of technology such as WiFi 7, Thunderbolt 4 and HDMI 2.1 which promises internet connection and also the fastest data transmission rate on the market today.
If you don't want to use built-in DC charging, the Thunderbolt 4 plug on this laptop also supports PD 3.1 charging technology with charging as high as 140W. As always, you'll need a charger and even a cable that supports this charging if you want to use it.
The laptop also comes with a low-profile Cherry MX Ultra mechanical keyboard for a more comfortable typing and gaming experience. Housing all these powerful components is a frame made of Magnesium-Aluminum alloy that is not only robust, but gives an elegant touch to this laptop.
The vapor chamber cooling system that combines two cooling fans, four air exhausts and a 3D cooling base that increases the air production space also ensures that these computer components operate at an optimal level.
MSI Malaysia has already started selling the MSI Titan 18 HX laptop through their Shopee online store as well as their physical stores. Two models are shown, where the first model with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 graphics card is sold at a price of RM25,999 while the model with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 graphics card is sold at a price of RM21,499.
