Mynic is one of the bodies responsible for managing .MY domain names in Malaysia. Most recently, Mynic announced that starting March 1, 2024, the various uses of Mynic products and services will be subject to an SST charge of 8%.
This is an increase from the existing 6%, to 8% as announced by the government in the previous Budget 2024.
Mynic also encourages users and domain name owners to renew before March 1, 2024 to enjoy the current SST charges.
