The third-generation smart glasses Oppo Air Glass 3 was shown at MWC Barcelona this morning. For the third version, Air Glass 3 comes with support for the new AndesGPT chatbot developed by Oppo itself. Through voice commands, various answers can be given by AndesGPT to the user.
Improvements are also given to the information beam system on the surface of these glasses. Augmented reality information will appear brighter and clearer on Air Glass 3 than on the previous two versions. Images are now 50% clearer with peak brightness reaching 1000 nits.
It can still be used to make phone calls, take videos, the navigation system and listen to music. Speaking of music, Oppo says the speaker system is also now better with audio no longer overflowing for those around to hear.
Oppo Air Glass 3 is still just a prototype that is not ready to be sold to the public. But a smart glasses design like this makes more sense than a bulky AR headset.
