Yesterday, we reported that details about Qualcomm's upcoming processor chip, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 have been leaked to the web arena.
This chip is said to use a configuration of 1x Cortex-X4 3.01GHz + 4x Cortex-A720 2.61GHz + 3x Cortec-A520 1.84GHz paired with an Adreno 735 GPU. Recently, the GeekBench benchmark score for this SoC has been leaked to the web arena through Realme devices “RMX3851”, which will reportedly use this device.
Single-core and multi-core scores are shown, and come in with scores of 1512 and 3799, which look quite low when compared to our previous reviews of Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 devices, namely the ASUS ROG Phone 8 and also the RedMagic 9 Pro.
This score seems to confirm that the new processing chip that will be introduced by Qualcomm is a budget variant of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. So far it is not known when Qualcomm will introduce this processing chip and also the devices it will power.
