Tecno is a brand that has just entered the Malaysian market with a focus on affordable entry-level devices. Now they are ready to launch a more premium device after the Tecno Camon 30 Premier 5G was shown yesterday.
This device is equipped with a 6.77″ LTPO 120Hz screen, powered by a Dimensity 8200 Ultra chip, 12GB RAM memory, 512GB storage and a 5000 mAh battery that supports 70W charging. This is paired with a 50+50+50MP main tri-camera system. The Sony IMX890 sensor is used on the wide-angle lens and there is also periscope zoom support. On the front, a 50MP sensor with autofocus is included.
To provide high photographic capabilities, the Tecno PolarAce system is used on the Camon 30 Premier with it being matched with the Sony CXD5622GG ISP with 4.6 TFLOP capabilities. Another interesting feature of this device is the Action Dot red LED light on the back which lights up when video recording is done.
Tecno Camon 30 Premier 5G will be launched in Q2 2024 therefore the price as well as where it will be marketed will only be announced later.
