Reddit is currently in the process of going public in the United States, revealing a number of things about the company.
One of the things shown is regarding the shareholders for the internet company. Through the listing it shows that Advance has a 30% stake in Reddit, followed by Tencent with a stake of 11%. Sam Altman, who is the CEO of OpenAI also has a stake in Reddit, and is estimated to be around 8.7%.
Recently Reddit has also diversified their income generation, where they license content to Google in training Google's artificial intelligence model using content from Reddit.
