WhatsApp today announced the introduction of message search support on the messaging app, by date. Through this step, users can select any conversation, and then view messages on a certain date easily.
To access it, select any conversation on WhatsApp, then press on the name, select the search icon, and then select which date you want to see a message.
WhatsApp says this move makes the search process even easier, as well as allowing users to see shared messages on a given day more easily.
This feature is available on iPhone, WhatsApp Web and also WhatsApp Desktop. The same support is being rolled out gradually for Android users starting today.
