Even though all electronic devices are guaranteed to be safe before they hit the market, bad habits by users can cause the device to catch fire. What are the factors, of course there are many. 1. Hot gadgets

2. Bulging device
Rechargeable batteries can swell drastically if they are damaged, and this can make your smartphone look unattractive. In fact, this can cause laptop casings and other gadgets to bend and bulge.
3. Strange smell
If you smell a strange smell from the device, you should be alert. Any strong smell coming from the gadget is a sign that it needs to be checked.
4. Smoke
Obviously, this is a sign that something is burning inside the device you are using.
5. Cannot be charged
This may not be a sign that your smartphone, laptop or other gadget is about to catch fire. However, this is a sign that something is wrong, and to be safe, it's a good idea to have the device checked.
6. Liquid comes out of the device
It's possible that this fluid isn't coming out because of the battery, but it's still a warning sign that shouldn't be ignored.
7. Damage to HP
An example is the casing being dented or bent. If it's not due to the device being dropped or another reason, it's likely due to a damaged or leaking battery.
