Acer Introduces Their First Premium Class Graphics Card Based on the AMD Radeon RX 7900 GRE

Acer is a computing company that is quite famous for their desktop and laptop computer offerings and now they are introducing their own graphics card components based on offerings from NVIDIA GeForce, AMD Radeon and Intel Arc.

Recently, Acer has shown their first premium class graphics card offering based on the AMD Radeon RX 7900 GRE graphics card launched for the Chinese market and some other selected markets.

The two graphics cards shown are the Acer RX 7900 GRE Predator and the Acer RX 7900 GRE Nitro which come with almost the same specifications as the AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT/XTX graphics card, but have a slightly lower number of Compute Units and GDDR6 memory.

The difference between the Predator and Nitro graphics cards is shown in terms of the cooler and fan used. The RX 7900 GRE Predator model comes with three cooling fans, while the RX 7900 GRE Nitro model uses two cooling fans. Both of these graphics cards are seen using two 8-pin PCIe power plugs to power these graphics cards, which are seen to consume 260W of electrical power.

These products have just appeared on Acer's website in China, but so far it is not known whether these graphics cards will go on sale as the price tag has not yet been announced. Whether this graphics card will be sold in markets other than China is also unknown yet.
