There are many AI technologies available today each with their own advantages. But all of them have one significant drawback which is that the generated content cannot be fully controlled by the user. Therefore Adobe Reserach Team has developed Project Music GenAI Control which can generate music based on entered proms but with more detailed control.
For example music can be generated using a sample entered by the user. Maybe you want to generate music by Hans Zimmer for example. Then it can be given commands to change the genre of the music or produce a repeating audio to be used as background music in the video. It can also be directed to produce music for a specific period of time precisely.
With this the issue of finding the right music for the video and spending time editing it can be reduced. According to Adobe it puts the power in the hands of the user like the power given to Photoshop users at this point.
