Apple Files Patent for iMac Made Out of Glass With Built-in AirPower

The Apple iMac has just been updated with the M3 chip, but it's still the same 24-inch model as last year. The larger 27-inch model still has no replacement. Apple recently filed a patent for an iMac dubbed the All Glass iMac.

This iMac is designed to use an all-glass construction with a built-in handle for easy portability. The legs of this iMac are also designed to be hidden so that users can see the screen more immersively. Interestingly, on this iMac stand it can charge Apple Watch, Airpods and even iPhone. Does Apple integrate AirPower?

Not only that, this iMac also supports touch screen and stylus (probably Apple Pencil). The screen can also be rotated or laid flat for user freedom. If this iMac becomes a reality, the brand may see the Microsoft Surface Studio as a competitor.

This iMac patent is said to have been registered since 14 years ago. Just last March 7, Apple updated with 20 new patents divided into three categories. i) Device legs, ii) Rotatable mechanism and iii) Device support system.
