Apple is expected to introduce the fourth-generation iPhone SE this year, if the neat design combined with the leaked CAD is to be believed. What is interesting about this latest iPhone SE is that it uses the iPhone 14 frame to load a number of new technologies in it.
The iPhone SE 4 is expected to come with a 6.1-inch screen display and have a notch at the top that will house the front-facing camera and the FaceID module that will be introduced for the first time for this model. This is also the first iPhone SE to come with a larger screen display compared to the previous 4.7-inch screen.
The iPhone SE 4 is also the first SE model that will not come with a home screen button, and will use FaceID entirely for login and security purposes. What is also interesting is that there is a possibility that this device will also use a USB Type-C plug for charging just like the iPhone 15 series.
What hasn't changed seems to be the use of a single-lens camera on the back of the device. As the only Apple device that can be seen as “affordable”, it is not surprising to see that Apple cut costs on this camera component.
So far, details such as the use of processing chips, batteries and so on have not been announced so far. The launch of this device is also unknown for now, but many say that it will probably be launched in 2025.
