Windows laptops will soon have an NPU to process generative AI and ensure that Copilot can be processed from within the device. The latest report states that Apple is not far behind.
Mark Gurman stated that Apple has started developing a new Apple Silicon chip, the M4 for the MacBook Pro. The chip is said to still use a 3nm build but an improved iteration. According to the Economic Times report, the M4 chip will have the ability to process AI in order to be able to compete with Windows computers that are going in the same direction.
