Many applications are blocked from access when the device has been rooted or the system has gone through a deep modification process. It is for securities such as subscription verification, banking and more. Recently Google has blocked access using RCS on rooted devices. Recently, Apple Music blocks access if the Android device has been modified.
What is strange is, Apple uses the easiest or "laziest" method for some developers. Apple is just warning and users can still bypass this Apple barrier with an application that disguises the device as not rooted. This is in contrast to most other applications such as banking which block access more deeply and no application can help.
Anyway, if you want to enjoy Apple Music without any interruptions don't use a rooted device. If you are using a flagship device, spatial audio support and/or Dolby Atmos can also be enjoyed on Android devices.
