First Neuralink Users Can Now Play Chess And Computer Games With Mind

A few weeks ago, we reported that the first Neuralink brain implant user had managed to control the movement of an on-screen mouse using only his mind.

Recently, Neuralink has shown the development of the individual, Noland Arbaugh where he can now not only play chess using his mind, but also the computer game Civilization VI.

According to Neuralink, the way this individual controls the input on the screen is by looking at a point on the screen and then thinking that he needs to move his "hand" to that point. The application of using Neuralink can be seen when Arbaugh shows how he plays a game of chess on the computer in a video streamed by Neuralink.

Arbaugh also said that apart from chess, he played the computer game Civilization VI until the early hours of the morning, and pointed out that using Neuralink for long periods of time would probably not cause any side effects to the user.
