Princess of Wales Kate Middleton put an end to all the wild rumors about her, by announcing she was sick with cancer in a short video on social media. Even so, there are still netizens who don't believe it and claim that it was artificial intelligence (AI).
In the video, Middleton talks about his current condition. He admitted that he was suffering from cancer.
This news certainly surprised many people. Various sad comments flooded cyberspace, especially on the Instagram account @princeandprincessofwales and X/Twitter @KensintonRoyal.
Many gave encouragement to the Princess and prayed for her recovery. However, quite a few people questioned the authenticity of the two-minute video.
As quoted from News ABP Live, Sunday (24/3/2024), some people on X/Twitter said that it was an AI video. Even users of social media platforms show their test results, to prove that the video is fake.
Some of them also carry out a kind of independent analysis of the video. The bench that Middleton sat on, and the background of flowers and trees behind it, could not escape the attention of netizens.
"I can say this is 100% fake. This video depicting #Kate #KateMiddleton is not real! It was generated by AI. The background doesn't move even when sped up, the voice sounds like Alexa/a robot and the color gradients go up and down to give the illusion of the sun. Very evil !" wrote netizens.
"The video looks like CGI without any movement in the background and the impression doesn't look real and if you look closely the eyebrows are really strange," said another netizen.
As previously reported, on March 23 2024, Middleton appeared to the public. He said that the medical tests he did after stomach surgery showed that there was cancer in his body.
He also said that currently he is still in good condition. He did not forget to send a message to cancer sufferers not to give up easily.
"To everyone facing this disease, in whatever form, please do not lose faith or hope. You are not alone," Kate said.
