LG Electronicss (M) Sdn Bhd has introduced a home appliance rental program, LG Rent-Up which is expected to help improve the lives of people in this country with the latest products. At the same time being able to offer flexibility to people without incurring unrealistic monthly costs and upfront costs.
A total of nine types of products are available for this program which include smart televisions, air conditioners, washing machines and refrigerators. Then the rental period agreement is a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 7 years depending on the type of product selected.
During the repayment period, LG also provides a comprehensive service subscription package that includes regular home visits from technicians or self-service.
What's more interesting about the self-service service provided is that LG provides a spare parts delivery service to the door every six months. This means that customers do not have to bother going to the branch just to get spare parts.
In addition, a protection guarantee of up to 7 years is also offered on products selected through this program. For those interested, this program is available throughout Malaysia.
