Last week, we reported that Microsoft will hold Microsoft Build: AI Day events in Jakarta, Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur on March 19-21, with the company's CEO, Satya Nadella, giving keynote addresses at each location.
Today, we have been told that the event, at least for the Kuala Lumpur tour, has been postponed to a date to be announced later. No reason was given as to why the event was postponed, but it means that not only will Satya Nadella not attend the event, but the event itself has been postponed.
We have asked Microsoft, and they confirmed that the event was postponed for all three locations in Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok, but no reason was given. The new date of this event is also not known yet, but they say that it will be announced when Microsoft is ready to hold this event again later.
