Telegram today introduced a new feature on the messaging application, which allows users to convert their personal Telegram account to a Telegram Business account. With this step, users who use their accounts for business purposes, can include a number of information and automatic messages when their customers contact through the messaging application.
This Telegram Business account is offered at a subscription price of RM16.90 per month, or RM127.90 per year.
Several special features are provided, including an automatic greeting message when the user connects for the first time, automatic message support when the seller is in holiday mode or has closed for the day, in addition to the integration of the display of the store's location and operating hours.
Moving forward as well, Telegram Business is expected to include bot integration support through it. For those of you who are interested, you can upgrade and change your normal Telegram account to Telegram Business today through your Telegram application.
