Threads started adding the hottest topics or Trending Now functionality to the main app. Through it users can follow current developments to be aware of what is happening around to fit the current timeline.
This hot topics feature will display the issues that are in focus among users on social media. Next allows users to follow current trends easily and quickly. This support can be accessed through the search tab and the main space of the application. It is also the same feature already offered by X (Twitter) for a long time.
Currently only users in the United States can access. But it is expected to be expanded to more users in the future.
