WhatsApp is seen to be committed to improving the capabilities of the application while changing the way users keep up with current developments. Through it WhatsApp is testing the ability to upload videos up to 1 minute on status.
In the example shown above this new option works the same as before. elasnya it became longer than before which was only limited to 30 seconds. At the same time, it allows users to share longer videos without editing the message they want to convey.
This improvement was made possibly due to feedback from users who requested to share longer videos as status updates. It is however still in a small test stage with only select beta users able to try before it is rolled out to everyone.
