The Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite processor chip has been announced as an ARM processor chip that will compete with Apple Silicon's offerings, particularly for laptop devices. It is confirmed that it will come with some models, but for now more details about these processing chips are not known yet.
Recently, it was discovered that this Lenovo laptop using the Snapdragon X Elite processing chip was tested using the Snapdragon X Elite X1E78100. This Lenovo computer has been tested using GeekBench V6 benchmarks.
Based on the specifications seen, this processing chip comes with 12 cores consisting of a combination of 8 efficiency cores and 4 performance cores similar to what is used on the Samsung Book 4 Edge laptop that uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite X1E801000 chip.
The single-core benchmark score is shown at 2427, while the multi-core score is shown at 14254. The base speed of this processing chip is also set at 3.42GHz, but the boost clock speed is unknown.
So far, only details about the Snapdragon X Elite X1E801000 and Snapdragon X Elite X1E78100 processor chips are known for now, although we know that Qualcomm will launch more Snapdragon X Elite processor chips in the market soon.
