Boeing is one of the most familiar names in today's airplane offerings. Apart from that, now Boeing shares that it aims to enter the flying car business in Asia by 2030.
The flying car is expected to offer a solution for various cities in Asia, which are often congested with vehicles. Through the use of flying cars, it will help in moving quickly for short intercity travel distances compared to airplanes.
Boeing already has a subsidiary that focuses on the development of this flying car, called Wisk Aero.
Besides Boeing, there are a number of other companies that also focus on the development of flying cars. In Japan itself, there are several companies that are now aiming to offer flying car services by 2025.
