Meta has now announced their latest financial statements, as well as sharing some interesting statistics under their platform. One of them involves watching videos on the platform.
According to Meta, users now spend 60% of their usage time on the platform watching videos. This at the same time shows that the Reels experiment on Facebook and Instagram is successful, and keeps users on the respective platforms.
It is not impossible that if TikTok is banned in the United States, users will be more active in sharing videos on platforms under Meta - and further increase the video viewing rate on the platform.
