Google Starts Offering Android 15 Beta To Pixel Users

After offering an early development version of Android 15 since last February, Google has now announced the offering of the first Android 15 Beta version for testing before the official launch follows.

This Android 15 Beta is offered to users of Pixel devices only, i.e. Pixel 6 and the latest. For now, it is still in the development version, so it may not be very stable and not suitable for use on flagship devices only.

Google often offers early development versions, in an effort to allow developers to optimize applications for the launch of the new Android operating system.

Android 15 will still maintain a number of interfaces like Android 14, but comes with a number of new features. Among them are application support on full display form (Edge to Edge), more optimization on the operating system, making it more disabled friendly, as well as support for archiving application data that is not used on the device.

For those of you who use Pixel 6 and are app developers, you can try Android 15 Beta 1 for yourself today.
