Google's Parent Company Is Now Back Worth Over $2 Trillion



Alphabet, the parent company behind Google has now once again managed to reach a current market value of over $2 trillion. At the time this article was written, the current value of the stock showed Alphabet to be worth around $2.15 trillion.



This puts Alphabet or Google at the fourth most valuable company in the world. Saudi Aramco is fifth with a value of less than $2 trillion. Ahead of Google are NVIDIA, Apple and even Microsoft at the top of the ladder. Microsoft has a current market value of over $3 trillion.


Google showed a positive increase in share value, after announcing a dividend for the first time, in addition to announcing better-than-expected financial statements. Google's income from advertising continues to be lively, in addition to their investment in the arena of artificial intelligence has also been one of the most talked about lately.
